The GROW Model Explained

Educere’s coaching approach is grounded in the GROW model, a trusted framework used to guide structured coaching conversations. GROW stands for:

  • G – Goal: What do you want to achieve?

  • R – Reality: Where are you now in relation to that goal?

  • O – Options: What are the possible ways forward?

  • W – Will: What will you do next?

This model allows us to explore challenges clearly and constructively, helping you break complex issues into manageable steps and identify realistic, meaningful actions. Whether you’re building confidence, planning career development, or improving team dynamics, the GROW model ensures that every session has direction, focus and purpose.
